Create bootable installer:
sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ Big\ Sur.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/USB (space between --volume and /Volumes/USB!)
Navigate to downloads / micropatcher folders:
cd downloads
cd big-sur-micropatcher-main
Execute micropatcher / setvars script:
./micropatcher.sh
./install-setvars.sh
(After Big Sur installation) execute WiFi-patch:
/Volumes/install\ MacOS\ Big\ Sur/patch-kexts.sh
