Panel fabrication controversy... metal shaping with ONLY a hammer 🤯
There was some controversy yesterday on how Bad Chad shaped the panel that connected the trunk to the quarter panel. Today should be even more controversial... he's going to take a flat panel, weld one edge to the car then hammer it into shape. A lot of people commented asking why he wouldn't round the edge before he applied the last panel. To make a long story short, the curve isn't a straight line. The easiest way to shape it is to use the car as a buck. Wait til the end of the video for the final visual 🤯
