How Sekiro runs with NVIDIA global settings on laptop
My laptop isn't that great, but that's how game runs if NVIDIA using global settings for it.
Its not official problem, but, if you have same issue, open NVIDIA Control panel, then look for 3D Settings, then choose "Program settings". After that you need to find game and change settings for that game from basics to maximum performance.
