Many PC's can't install Windows 11 through Microsoft, but you can use Rufus to install Windows 11 on an unsupported PC. Even if your CPU is old, you don't have a TMP 2.0 module, and don't want to create a Microsoft account.
Quick steps:
1. Get an 8GB or larger USB flash drive
2. Download Rufus from rufus.ie
3. Download Windows 11 ISO https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/softw... (may be different for your region)
4. Use Rufus to create your Bootable USB with the Windows 11 ISO
5. Profit!
