And at first glance, it seems like you'll never find yourself in a similar situation, but since things develop rather slowly and these responsibilities come in small increments, after a couple of years you'll find that half of your time is already spent on unpaid work.
In my own career, I could easily have found myself in a similar situation, but I was taught early in my career to properly, and most importantly, establish professional boundaries! Otherwise, you'll turn into a "combine harvester" who does the work of five for one paycheck.
