Army Painter: An Honest Review, Screw-ups, and Painting from Scratch.
In this video, I give an honest review of the Army Painter starter kit, from unboxing to the final varnish. You'll learn why the box is full of paperwork but lacks clear instructions on how to turn the packaging into a fully functional wet palette, and what's really behind the pretty caps. I'll show you step-by-step how to paint a knight from the kit and a separate Ultramarine, using a sponge, drybrush, and various highlighting techniques. I'll also share a behind-the-scenes video of the process, a cat-testing the primer, and my personal impressions of each color—from metallics to problematic black.
