The Phantom Trolleybus Route That Failed. Three Times. Trolleybus 11 (HOM 15)
Few people remember the 11 trolleybus in Ryazan anymore. Its last iteration was shut down around 1990. And after some research, it turned out that several attempts had been made to reopen this route over the decades, often unsuccessfully.
Note: the city executive committee's resolution on transport development plans was adopted on December 29, 1969, not November.
