Temperature sensor for the boxer - Moto Thermometer MT-50
I've been searching for something like this for so long that I can't help but share my excitement – in my opinion, this is one of the most essential sensors for a Dnepr or Ural. The MT-50 motorcycle thermometer measures the temperature of both cylinders in real time. It comes with two sensors, which are mounted with washers under the spark plugs and an electronic instrument panel. It's simple and reliable, and most importantly, informative. Here's what the manufacturer says about the device:
"The device is designed to measure engine temperature on two cylinders simultaneously in the range of -30°C ~ +300°C."
The device's sensors are designed as washers and are installed on the spark plug along with the standard spark plug washer. The device kit includes additional sensor washers with diameters of 14 mm, 12 mm, and 10 mm.
For ease of installation and operation, the sensor is connected to the device via a detachable connector.
The standard length of the sensor connecting cable is 1.5 m, which can be extended to 15 m using an extension cord.
A screw terminal is used to connect the device to the vehicle's on-board electrical system.
