To use Multi-factor authentication (MFA) or 2FA for google account, you must first install the Authenticator App by Maxima apps on your device, then follow these steps:
1. Download the Authenticator app
2. Log in to your Google account.
3. Go to your profile by clicking “Manage your Google Account”.
4. Locate 2-Step Verification in the Security section.
5. Tap on “Get Started”.
6. Enter Your account’s password for Verification.
7. On the next Screen, click on “CONTINUE.”
8. Create a backup option by doing text/Call verification on any of your Contact Numbers.
9. Click “TURN ON” on the next Screen to turn on 2-Step Verification.
10. On the next Screen, scroll to the bottom and click “Authenticator App.”
11. Click on Set up authenticator on the next Screen, and you will see a QR code on your Screen.
12. Now Open the Authenticator App on your device and tap on add button to scan the QR code.
13. Scan the QR code on your Screen, and Two Factor Authentication will activate instantly for your Google Account.
