Ingredients:
1 family size package of Uncle Bens Microwave rice
2 cups chopped chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 cup frozen peas
1 green pepper diced
1/2 sweet onion diced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar
Combine all ingredients (1/2 of the cheese) in a large bowl.
Taste for seasoning s/p
Pour into prepared 9x9 baking dish
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in a 350F oven for 25-35 minutes
