Dear lovers of Nikolaev pigeons... I watched the video of Kovalev A. and decided to post the material that was filmed by me and not shown... I don’t want and won’t comment on anything. Everything has been said and everyone has heard it... Why I didn’t post it: after the video “conversations” I didn’t expect there to be 100 comments. I don’t have any personal animosity towards anyone. And I thought that these comments would be unpleasant for someone to read.. so I decided that there was no need to continue.... and a few words about exhibitions and standards: An exhibition is not only a presentation of achievements in poultry farming but also as part of breeding work. An integral part in breeding purebred birds... Birds are compared with each other, experts single out first-rate ones. elite samples that should determine the development of the breed .... there are thousands of fanciers .. and many do not know how their pigeons meet the standards .. and here is the task of the exhibition - to determine how purebred the pigeon is. and tell the owner about the shortcomings .. or advantages .. or reject or put into breeding ... to fans all their birds seem purebred and only at the exhibition will the judges determine this ... a pigeon can fly for 4 hours. and in a cage to shake its head - this is the goal of the exhibition - to determine a comprehensive assessment of the pigeon ..... many pigeons do not fly .. but they are purebred ... and these fans cannot be rejected ... and in judging it is necessary to somehow distinguish - between those who do not fly and those who fly ... there are fewer and fewer of us and it is unacceptable not to respect each other ... I think no one will reproach me for not developing flying Nikolaev pigeons ... and it is better to fight for these pigeons today not with talk but in deeds ... all the best .. and no no claws, no beak
