Once again we swim down for weights at the bottom of the swimming pool. Summer is coming fast and the swimming pools will be filled with summer fun. These weights are a great way to practice diving and water rescues. The weights are 10, 20, and 30 pounds (4.5, 9, and 13.5 Kg). This is also a great way to exercise in the pool using water weights to do water exercises.
