How to Convert an Excel Worksheet to CSV and Import the CSV File into Civil 3D
Open the Excel worksheet containing your survey data.
Make sure the data is arranged correctly, such as Point Number, Easting, Northing, Elevation, and Description.
Click File and select Save As.
Choose CSV (Comma Delimited) as the file type.
Select the required location and save the CSV file.
Now open Autodesk Civil 3D.
Go to the Points section and select Import Points.
Select the correct point file format according to your CSV data.
Browse and select the CSV file you saved from Excel.
Click OK to import the point data into Civil 3D.
The survey points are now successfully imported into the drawing.
