Making broken building pieces for a diorama
I use foam to make these broken building pieces. If you have never made a diorama before, this is a pretty beginner-friendly tutorial. Because they are "broken walls", it's okay if you make mistakes. The trick is all about cutting, damaging, and painting.
I love building dioramas. I'm not the best at it, but I'm more than happy with what I can create. This video is a walkthrough from the pink foam to the final product.
For the main building and base, I used the insulation foam they sell at a hardware store.
