Another user from rajasthan called stating he is getting errors in ECMP v3.3.4.2/129-7 Windows could not start the Aadhaar QSSITV & OTA update client service on local computer stating service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.ECA and ECMP were not opening.also getting error Application version is not available or is invalid.please reinstall the application.system taken on anydesk and resolved all issues successfully.
