Worm Under Skin? Gigachad Vein Check | Veiny Hands | Veins Popping Out
This looks just like a juicy worm under his skin! Gross, lol. When Ben's veins are popping out, he can move his fingers, and his veins will start wiggling just like a worm.
The reason this happens is because his veins are large and superficial, and this particular vein is resting on a metacarpal. When he moves his fingers, the metacarpal shifts around, causing the vein to shift around.
This goes to show you that it is always important to anchor veins before sticking a patient, because some veins are very mobile.
Also, it is neat to slide your finger down the vein and occlude it temporarily, and then release to watch it fill back up!
