Oiling up Thor's Hammer Carved into a fence post.
I carved this Hammer of Thor into an old fence post that I made into a workbench.
Here it's getting a coat of Danish oil to seal the wood and help prevent the carving from chipping.
I created the design based on an 8th century Swedish brooch.
