Meaningful translation
1. By the morning!
2. By the night, when it grows dark!
3. Your Lord has not abandoned you (Muhammad), nor has He hated you.
4. Indeed, the Hereafter is better for you than this present life.
5. Your Lord will surely reward you (in the future) so that you will be content.
6. Did He not find you an orphan and give you shelter?
7. And He found you ignorant (of the laws of Sharia) and guided you (bestowed knowledge of the laws of Allah).
8. He found you poor and made you rich.
9. Therefore, do not mistreat an orphan!
10. Do not turn away a beggar!
11. And speak of the bounty of your Lord!
