Roy's Our Boy! Opening Version 2 (Super Smash Bros. 4 Machinima)
Over two years ago, I made my first piece of machinima ever, the opening to Roy's Our Boy! I created it as both a test to see if had what it took to make a machinima at all, and as a way to let others know that I was serious about making this project.
Looking back now, I'm surprised it turned as good as it did. I only had a decent laptop to work with. My little experience in video editing and my not-so-little experience with the Smash Bros franchise served me well. But just because it could have looked much worse doesn't mean it couldn't have looked much better.
So I went back to the beginning and applied what I've learned (with the help of a more powerful PC too), and this is the result. I'm really proud of my work, and I don't see myself making a third opening in the future; this opening will suffice for the rest of the series. But if I change my mind, using this one's files as a template, it shouldn't be that difficult to make another.
Also, I want to take the time to thank those have supported the show. I'm awestruck just how many people enjoy my silly creation. It's a huge motivation that keeps me coming back.
