In the new update you can now re-sign several certificates
**Update**
For 32bit devices (Older Apple devices like the iPhone5)
Use ReProvision
Otherwise, if you have 64bit device (Modern Apple Devices) Then install Ext3ender installer which will install cydia extender.
ReProvision and Cydia Extender are quite synonymous so its quite easy to navigate the app.

This app (Equivalent to Cydia Extender) only allows you to resign 1 certificate so I would recommend you to resign your jailbreak clients. I know many of you would prefer cydia extender but unfortunately, i wasn't able to get it working but when I do I will update you via the comments or possibly in a new video.
