Bassai dai - Tutorial complete
Bassai Dai is one of the katas required for the black belt exam. Of course, it all depends on the dojo you train in and the association you belong to. It was created by Master Anko Itosu, Funakoshi's sensei, although some believe it was created even earlier by Sokon Matsumura, Itosu's sensei.
