In this video, I will cover a number of ways a pack could fail, or have issues, and how Tesla responds to these issues.
Given Tesla's desire for controlling everything about their cars, Tesla is quite secretive on some things. The information provided is put together from my experiences with owning a Tesla since May 21, 2013; lots of chats with Tesla Service, talking with Tesla Engineering (Things were a lot different back in the early days...), talking with Factory employees (Both Current & Former) as well as Gigafactory Employees (Both Current & Former).
