Step-by-step:
Open your Notion workspace and select the database you want to work with.
Click + Add a Property and choose Relation.
Select the database you want to link to and adjust the relation settings.
Add a Rollup property to summarize or aggregate data from the linked database.
Choose the property to roll up and the calculation type (e.g., count, sum, average).
Pro tip: Use relations and rollups for project tracking, task management, or reporting dashboards.
