The asphalt is boiling: We have been sitting behind the steering wheels of various vehicles (strapped in, of course) and heated up the tracks in the racing game GRID by Codemasters (the new 2019 version), driving past buildings in San Francisco and Shanghai and along cheering spectators standing at the edge of the race tracks. But wait! With Ultra Low graphics settings you'll have no spectators at all. The viewers have been driven out of the cities for a better performance. In terms of performance, GRID is well ahead. With a 2080Ti we stayed close to 100 FPS even under 4K with Ultra High settings. Well done, Codemasters!
Reminder: The actual visuals for the game are more crisp, due to YouTube's very harsh compression algorithm things may appear slightly worse in the video.
