Unique Directional Mapping Tutorial | Wet Lash Volume Extensions
I love pushing myself to try new things. Today I worked with some crazy directional patterns to see what happened if I directed one layer completely inward and the other layer, completely directed outward. My thought process was that the end result would be super textured because the fans would cross cross one another to create somewhat of a V shape.
When I was lashing I had a moment of panic because I was concerned the mascara wand wouldn’t be able to brush through the lashes properly because of the extreme directional differences but luckily I was wrong. The set ended up looking lovely and the brush worked just fine LOL - I was kind of surprised by how subtle the texture was but I guess it makes sense that the directions almost balanced each other out!
Regardless, I learned so much from this set and find when I work outside of my comfort zone I learn so much!
