⚠️Dear Architect!⚠️
Our channel is educational in nature, meaning you have the opportunity to see firsthand how experience and knowledge are applied in practice! The channel's main speaker, MAAM professor and architect Oleg Karlson, uses his own example, in real time, to clearly demonstrate the current state of architecture, reconstruction, construction and renovation, interior design, and the design of houses and cottages, estates and palaces, villages, and public spaces in our country.
90% of all newly built individual housing construction (IHC), buildings within cities, and surrounding areas are subject to renovation! If this last sentence didn't raise any questions or emotions in you, dear reader, architect or graduate, then you definitely need to subscribe to our channel and watch our videos!
We encourage all experienced architects, designing in various fields, to create their own channels where you can use our example to discuss architectural challenges in our country. It's a great shame that people living in Russia don't understand the basics of architecture. It's not difficult; such knowledge should be cultivated just like computer skills or driving. Only through collective efforts to educate the population in this area, to reconstruct everything that's been built in our country, to highlight and talk about it, will the situation change!
In the descriptions of our videos, we'll include links to architects' channels that are similar in nature to ours (educational). They can be useful for both those who want a home and those who will be designing it!

Our channel is educational. We show how experience and knowledge are applied in practice. We encourage architects and non-architects alike to improve their architectural literacy and awareness so that everyone can distinguish quality architecture from shams and make their personal contribution to saving Russia's landscapes from ugly architecture!
