The heating element for the Moonshine still is sold without a wire. This is the so-called economy option.

We will assemble a heating element for 3 sq.
Unfortunately, they are not equipped with a wire. Therefore, we will connect the wire to the heating element ourselves.

Warning: it is best to connect a VVG NG 2.5 GOST wire to a 3 sq. heating element, or NYM-0 2 to 2.5 GOST.
In this video I cut off the ground, so if you need grounding, buy the same, only with 3 wires! And in this case, it is better to use a soldering iron to connect the ground wire and the neutral wire.
The heating element for the moonshine still has a power of 3 kW. If your sockets do not provide for this power, be careful! It is better to bring a separate socket for connecting the heating element to 3 kW and connect it to a separate machine.
A question is often asked: why does the wire connected to the heating element heat up.
If this overheating is in the range from 35 to 40 degrees - this is normal!
If the wire heats up very much, starts to melt, smells burnt, immediately disconnect the device from the socket!
