How To Get to Tsurumi Island Without Using the Waverider - World Quest
The world quest that takes you to Tsurumi Island is called A Particularly Particular Author and it is a part of the Through the Mists questline.
The quest is quite simple to follow so the beginning of the video should suffice but I left some good music by Patrick Patrikios and a demonstration of me doing the quest to arrive at the new island.
If you don't automatically have the quest, it should appear after you complete the questline for Seirai Stormchasers.
