There were 3 rounds. First was the group discussion among 23 people out of which 3 got shortlisted for the next round. In a large group of people, it becomes a little more challenging and toilsome to put your view without raising your pitch and appearing inflexible. Satyajeet shares some very useful tips to tackle it effortlessly. For the personal interview, he explains how it is important to be calm and confident and not stress over any unexpected questions.
