hp 6500a printer: false paper jam ink carriage stuck at right position. These 2 vids were solution.

This is my problem with my HP6500a, the carriage for the inkjet cartridges is jammed in the right position. Usually when you turn on the power and open the top, the carriage will move to the center so you can have access to the ink cartridges
Symptoms on the HP 6500a.
1. Paper jam error stating there is a problem with the ink cartridges
2. Carriage for inkjet cartridge is stuck in the right position. You can try moving it manually but it won't move/budge at all.
