launch play store
search = link2sd
install it,
if download not starting, go to setting..apps..all..download manager..clear data, go back to play store and it should start download,
if not reboot ur mobile and wait for your luck.
now,
launch link2sd,
filter list with ON INTERNAL,
OPTION..
multi select..
select all..
action..
create link..
check all three options..
ok

now configure for new apps
launch link2sd
option
setting
make check AUTO LINK
tap on AUTO LINK SETTING
make sure u checked all 3 checks
press and u have done
