1 tbsp Plain flour
1 tbsp Tomato puree
3 Sprigs thyme
1 Bundle Bouquet garni
½ Bottle Red wine
1 Beef stock cube
300g Shallots
2 Garlic cloves
4 Rashers back bacon
200g Peeled carrots
Handful fresh parsley
