SIMPLE POSES FOR BEGINNER MODELS - TRAIN WITH ME! (arms and legs) | Ceci Venâncio
In today's video, I'm going to give you some tips and ideas for simpler poses for beginner models. I know it's difficult to develop body awareness and body memory when it comes to posing, so this video is for you to use as practice along with me haha.
ARMS AND TORSO:
Here the main focus is on your facial expressions, arm and hand movements. You don't need to change poses super fast, make the movements smoothly and intentionally.
LEGS:
You can start with shorter movements, like your foot to the side, a little bend in your knee, leg stretched forward. And you can also use slightly longer movements, as if you were walking or taking a small step, you know...
SITTING POSES:
Think about how you can make shapes with your body, for example, triangles with your legs. You can also squat and rest your face. Think about the structure, but do it naturally, so it doesn't look too posed and tense.
Please excuse the ugly floor and wall hahaha (it was the only place in the house where I could film my whole body), please also excuse the wrinkled shorts. Anyway... FOCUS ON THE POSES hahaha.
