Battery was low so I explained it quickly. Here it is step by step.
1. rotate engine until the piston is at the top most part of the bore (you can tell by carefully sticking a screwdriver down the plug hole)
2. set the camshaft until both lobes are against the rocker arms (or lifters) both lobes should face downward or upward and both valves should be compressed slightly.
3.bolt up the sprocket and the timing chain.
4.on multiple cylinder engines it will be the same but just find the #1 cylinder and set the camshaft to that cylinder.
