Compressor Repair and Tuning for the Audi A7

Just the other day, an Audi A7 arrived at our service center with what seemed like a simple problem: boost pressure had dropped from 1.4 to 1.2 bar.
First, we pressure-tested the intake manifold, which helped us identify the initial problem—an air leak near the bypass valve. Intake leaks are certainly unpleasant, but the main problem was that, under vacuum, sand and dirt were seeping into the engine through this leak, creating veritable sand dunes in the intake manifold.
For us and many of our clients, any breakdown is not only a reason for repairs but also a great opportunity for tuning! And this car has plenty of room for improvement.
