The advice I wish I got as a new grad software developer in big tech
If I could go back and give myself some advice when I first started at Amazon, here is what I would say. I give similar advice to the interns and new hires I have mentored at work, and it is applicable to interns, new grads, and even software engineers working in big tech who are just joining a new team.
