STOP Playing Blood Surge - This is 100% Better in Season 3 Diablo 4!
Overpower is still overpowered but this time it is BLOOD LANCE and not Blood Surge... especially with the New Mutilator Plate things are looking quite juicy. We are talking infinite Essence paired together with tremendous amounts of Overpower Damage! T100 Dungeons or T100 Bosses are no problem. The Uber Bosses are a simple snack as well!
