Mushroom consulting/teaching is good but NOT a profitable business idea probably because 30-40% of the people are fungi fobs. If you want to launch yourself into tis do it for your own pleasure and because you want to help others and don't expect much cash flow. There will always be people interested in mushrooms and this will give you the chance to thrive on their feedback. Doing workshops may work for some time but at one point becomes tarrying
