abandon tutorial command completely disabled
this was the commands original purpose. instead of fixing the command being unprotected and only allowing it to be ran when this happens they decide to completely disable it. RIP
this means that you can't leave exiles reach via zoning into a non-tutorial zone. new ways will have 2 be found, perhaps some character stuck trick or something else. kinda bummed about this
