Changing multiple photos duration after they have been added to the timeline
You just learned the hard way, if you started a project and now you want to change the duration (the length of time you want a photo) to appear on screen, it doesn't help to just change the duration in preferences, because the new duration is not applied to everything already on the timeline. Settings must always be changed before they take effect on the media you add to the timeline.
