Join us this week as we hike up Bluff Ridge Primitive trail ascending over 2300 feet to Doughton Park on the Blue Ridge Parkway. We pass by remnants of the 1916 flood and pay respects to Alice Caudill, who lost her life in the flood and was buried at an old church site near the intersections of Basin and Cove Creeks.
