AppGuard Intro and Demo
AppGuard is endpoint protection software that one adds to whatever detection based protection one has. Detection-based tools cannot pattern-match everything that is possible. There will always be gaps. AppGuard blocks malware without having to recognize it. This different approach means AppGuard can block malware for which no detection data yet exists. And, in some case, AppGuard can block attacks earlier than detection tools. This video summarizes the detection challenge, explains AppGuard's approach, and shows AppGuard dealing with unknown malware.
