Hi friends! This video is the beginning of a series on How To Learn.
Generally, we view learning in terms of “learning how to do a thing,” and we learn it by breaking it down and practicing each bit.
But there’s another side to learning—cultivating yourself to make learning more intuitive and natural.
How often do we tell ourselves something like—“I should discipline myself more, buckle down and do this boring task of learning, so I can understand this thing and achieve my goals!”
There’s a lot of wasted energy here (and not much fun!), and this is what I aim to target in my series—how to cultivate a mind that is built to learn.
