Behind the Scenes - Portraits with the LUMIX S1RII
In this episode of Adventure and Art, I’m back in the studio with my friend Dana — a rad hairdresser with amazing style, killer tattoos, and a wig she cut, colored, and styled herself. We shot at Chandler Studios in North Hollywood using some of my favorite gear, including the Sigma 85mm f/1.4 Art lens and the Lumix S1R II. I walk you through the setups, from clean beauty lighting with RGB Nanlites to some fun experimental stuff with slow shutter and on-camera flash. We even stepped outside for a few natural light portraits to wrap it up. It’s all about light, color, texture, and capturing character. Hope you dig it.
