Testing the Kickscooter MAX, the first thing we noticed is how much larger and sturdier it is compared to other scooters we tested in the past. The base of the scooter is wider, the front stem is taller, and the wheels are larger. This means a better and more comfortable ride compared to other scooters on the market.
The motor is also in the rear wheel, compared to most other scooters that have the motor in the front wheel. Having the motor in the back is better for acceleration, stability and braking. Both wheels feature tubeless tires which means you’ll never get a flat or have to replace a tube.
For folding, the scooter has an upgraded mechanism which is easier to fold and unfold compared to other scooters. It also appears to be a better design making it more sturdy and durable.
