The AMD FX6300 black edition makes a great budget editing PC check out the build, It has a whopping 8MB of level 3 cache which is the same as an intel i7 6700k. Also packing a turbo clock speed of 4.1 GHz, and with its six cores it will run Sony veges and Adobe premiere rendering a 1 minute clip in under 2 mins, making it the best CPU choice for a budget editing PC you cant knock.
