Unity, Unreal Engine, Sprite Kit, Scene Kit, RealityKit, and Metal — so many different choices for building a video game. Yet, after Part I of the “Hedging”, it seems that the plan was not going in the right direction.
Ultimately, Godot was chosen. But, was this change of plans the right move? This video shows the progress with Hedging. Has this new game tech helped? Well, there's certainly advanced progress, unlike previous Photics game.
First, it's 3D. Can actual hedge, as a .GLTF file, be added to a 3D environment. What's it like to work with cameras, lighting, and shading?
Next, experimentation with Ray-casting is shown in this video. Can a hedge be added to the world with the click of a mouse, as if a player was playing the game?
Big challenges were overcome in this video, as GDScript is tried for the first time. The results were surprising. Godot is working great so far.

Too many arguments for "intersecting_ray()" call. Expected at most 1 but received 2.
