Reflexology foot massage using tools. Deep tissue massage on Ed part 3. Raynor Naturopathic massage.
This is the third part of me working on Ed. If you have not seen parts 1 and 2 yet please have a look at the links below.
During this part of the treatment I continue to loosen up his big toe and follow up that loosening effect up into his foot and leg. Ed is a strong person, who plays rugby and needs strong deep massage to help him loosen this joint in his foot that has been tight for about 10 years.
Please don't practice these massage techniques unless you are qualified. I have had almost 30 years experience at massaging people and I know what I am doing but beginners need to be far more careful as they might not have a good feel for what they are doing.

Part 2 • *DEEP TOE MASSAGE*. Brandon working on Ed ...
The big toes has two joints the metatarsophalangeal joint ( MCP joint ) , which is the joint closest to the middle of the foot and the interphalangeal joint which is in the toe itself. Ed has had a sore MCP joint.
Later I also work his other toes. The other toe joints in the 4 other toes are called the
metatarsophalangeal joint (MCP) – the joint at the base of the toe
proximal interphalangeal joint (PIP) – the joint in the middle of the toe
distal phalangeal joint (DP) – the joint closest to the tip of the toe.
