How To Fix "Unfortunately, Google Play store has stopped" Error on Android Devices ?


Method 1:

Reset App Preferences

Step 1: Go to Settings .

Step 2: Tap on Apps or Application Manager.

Step 3: Tap on Menu ,and the Tap on Reset App Preferences .

Step 4: Tap on Reset Apps .

Step 5: Restart your Phone .


Method 2:

Clear the cache and data of the Google Play Store.

1. Go to Settings

2. Tap on Apps or Application Manager .

3. Select the "ALL" tab, Search for "Google Play Store" and tap to open it.

3. Tap "Force stop"

4. Tap "Clear cache"

5. Tap "Clear Data"

6. Now, Open Play Store.


Method 3:

Uninstall the Updates of Google Play Store

Step 1: Go to Settings .

Step 2: Tap on Apps or Application Manager .

Step 3: Scroll to All Tabs .

Step 4: Find Google Play Store and Uninstall the Updates of it .


Method 4:

Remove Google Account and re-add it .

Step 1: Go to Settings.

Step 2: Go to Accounts.

Step 3: Tap On Google.

Step 4: Tap on Gmail .

Step 5: Tap on Three Dots and Remove Account.

Step 5: Re-add it .


Method 5:

Reset your Phone to the Factory Version .
