Note:
Don't forget to setup the database in order for this code to work correctly.
All static files are in the public folder
I already put a style.css file
and two images in the img folder
The video is divided into sections:
1- Preview: you see the final product.
2- Preparing from installing dependencies to file structure. and writing our main file app.js the entry of the application.
3- creating some templates : we have two pages index and home - working with pug.
4- setting up the database mysql from connecting to quering the database.
5- Add functionality to the routes. /login , /register.
6- sessions from how to create them and use them to store user information and stay logged in.
